Health Visitors

A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.

The Brent Health Visiting Services are provided by Central London Community Healthcare and they can be contacted on email CLCHT.brentadminhub@nhs.net or 020 8102 4900.

  • Kilburn area- Wednesday 1.30pm-3.00pm at Granville Childrens Centre, Carlton Centre, 80 Granville Road, London NW6 5RA
  • Willesden area- Tuesday 1.00pm-3.00pm at Willesden Centre for Health and Care, Robson Avenue, London NW10 3RY
  • Harlesden area- Wednesday 1.30pm-3.30pm at Curzon Crescent Children's Centre, Curzon Crescent, London NW10 9SD
